Paying his dues along the way the new head coach feels that it is finally time for him to take the next step in his coaching career. and the Icedogs feel that he is ready, promoting him to the first head coaching position of his career. As a instrumental part of this years IceDogs Eastern championship run he showed he is ready to be the top man behind the bench at the young coaching age of 39.

Bell knows that the team is going to be young next season, but that is part of what gets him excited about the opportunity.
